BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance Number 24 of the City of
Clermont, entitled:

PROVIDING REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF PLECES OF
BUSINESS WHERE SUCH ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS ARE ItANUFACTURED,
SOLD, AND/OR DISTRIBUTED: AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE, "
be, and the same is hereby amended so that the s~e as amended
will read as follows:
"SECTION 2. The fees for such licenses shall be as follows:
Class 1. Vendors selling intoxicating or alooholic beverages at retail
whioh contain not more than 14% alcohol by weight, and wines
regardless of alcoholic oontent ------------------- $lp.OO
Class 2. Vendors selling at retail any or all kinds of alooholic
beverages, where such beverages are sold only in sealed
containers for consumption off the premises ------- $225.00
Class 3. Vendors selling at retail any or all kinds of alcoholic
beverages, for consumption on or off premises ----- $300.00

Provided, Vendors obtaining Class 2 or Class 3 licenses are not re-
quired to obtain a Class 1 license in addition.
Class 4. Vendors operating under the olub plan, selling to members
only and non-resident guests ---------------------- $125.00
Provided, vendo~s operating under the club plan must comply strictly
with the provisions of Chapter 16774, Laws of Florida, 1935, before
such lioense will be issued.
Class 5. Distributors of alooholio beverages which contain not more
than 14% aloohol by weight, and wines regardless of th~
