AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NU1ffiER 48 OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT RELATING TO THE ZONING OF THE SAID
CITY OF CLERMONT AND KNOVm AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT:
SECTION 1. That the last sentence of Section 19 of
Ordinance Number 48 of the City of Clermont, passed and adopted
by the City Council on June 24th, 1940, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
If because of error or omission in the ZONE
MAP any property in the City of Clermont which is not
shown as being in a Zoning District, the classification
of such property shall be R-IA: One (Single) Family
District, unless changed by amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor and all ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
