Dear Mr. Foulkes:
Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is pleased to present this budget estimate to provide construction materials
testing services for the above referenced project. We understand the scope of our work will include
concrete compressive strength testing during construction of a ground storage tank.
Based on information provided by you, we understand 12 sets of 5 concrete cylinders will be required.
The estimated cost for our services is$2,626.00. Our services will include casting of concrete cylinders in
the field, slump and temperature tests with each set of cylinders and picking up the cylinders and returning
them to our lab for curing.
We appreciate the opportunity to submit this estimate and look forward to working with you on this project.
If this estimate meets your approval, please indicate your acceptance by completing the attached
Proposal/ Project Acceptance Agreement and/or providing us with written authorization to proceed.
