Tetra Tech is pleased to furnish this proposal for professional services for review of the Black West
reclaimed water system design prepared by the developer's consultant
Scope of Services
Development of Black West property located northeast of the intersection of Hancock Road and Old
Highway 50, includes construction of a reclaimed water distribution system for residential irrigation.
Reclaimed water service will require extension of the City of Clermont's (City) reclaimed water
transmission system to serve the proposed development. A hydraulic model of the City's northern
most reclaimed water system was prepared by Bowyer-Singleton & Associates, Inc. (BSA) to
determine the off-site improvements required to provide reclaimed water service to the Black West
development.
Tetra Tech, Inc. will provide professional engineering services to review the existing model, model
assumptions, and estimated demands prepared by BSA for the Black West development used to
determine the required off-site reclaimed water improvements Services to be performed include the
following.
1. Review existing reclaimed water demand estimates for Black West as prepared by BSA.
2. Review the current hydraulic model input data as prepared by BSA (pipe sizes, elevations,
reclaimed water demand distribution, system operation assumptions)
3. Estimate reclaimed water demands for Summit Greens, College Park, South Ridge, and Lost
Lake subdivisions
4. Updated hydraulic modeling scenarios prepared by BSA based on Tasks 1-3 above, as
necessary.

5. Re-run the model for average day and peak hour demand conditions to verify system
operation and off-site improvements required to serve Black West with reclaimed water.
6 Provide a technical memorandum summarizing review
Tetra Tech will perform the above services for a Lump Sum Fee of$4,950
