BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLER:,IONT:
SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 59 of the City
of Clermont, passed and adopted by the City Council at its Ad-
journed Regular i,:eetinE. held on the 29th day of September, A. D.,
1942, be and the seme is hereby amended to read as follows, to
wit:
SECTION 2 of Ordinance No. 59: A Coin Operated Amusement
i.;achine shall not be installed and/or operated in any plf'ce of
business within the City of Clermont except in Zones C-l end
C-2, Commercial Zones or Areas. No license shall be issued for
any Coin Operated Amusemen-t Hachine by the City of Clermont in
any place of business in any Zones or Areas in the City except
in the C-l and C-2, Commercial Zones or Areas.
S~CTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passase and approval by the !.iayor, and all ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
