AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 7 OF CHAPTER XI of the
REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, AND
TO REPEAL ORDINANCES NO. 19, 23, 26, AND 64 OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, ALL RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES
IN THE CITY OF CLERMONT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT:
SECTION 1. That Section 7 of Chapter XI of the Revised General
Ordinances of the City of Clermont duly passed by the City Council
on the 6th day of June, A. D., 1928, and approved by the Mayor of
~ theyCity of Clermont on the 19th day of June, A. D., 1928, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2: That the following numbered Ordinances of the City
of Clermont duly passed by the City Council of the City of Clermont
and duly approved by the Mayor of the City of Clermont are hereby
repealed:
(a) Ordinance No. 19 passed on 3 October 1933 and ap-
proved 10 October 1933.
(b) Ordinance No. 23 passed on 6 August 1935 and ap-
proved 10 August 1935.
(c) Ordinance No. 26 passed 17 September 1936 and ap-
proved 17 September 1936.
(d) Ordinance No. 64 passed 7 September 1943 and ap-
proved 7 September 1943.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
