AN ORDIN~CE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 48 OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT RELATING TO THE ZONING OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT; CHANGING THE ZONES OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLERMONT: AND OTHER
MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Clermont,have
in accordance with Sections 20 and 21 of Ordinance No. 48, the
Zoning Ordinance, caused a notice to be published in the
Clermont Press, a Newspaper published in the City of Clermont,
Florida, in the issues of May 30, June 6 and 13, 1946, which
read as follows:
NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE
ZONING ORDINANCE; the same being
Ordinance No. 48, of the City of
Clermont, Florida.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 17th
day of June, A. D., 1946, at 8:00 P. M., in the City Hall in
the City of Clermont, the City C~uncil will cons ider and act
upon a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, the same being
Ordinance No. 48 of the City of Clermont changing the Zone of
the following described property in the City of Clermont, to-wit:
From and R-2 Multiple Family District to a C-l Commercial
District:
Block 109, 110. 111. 112, 123, ,124, 125, 125A,
126, 126A. Sunset Park, a subdivision of the
City of Clermont; and, Blocks 113,,114. 120.
121, 136 to 142 both inclusive, City of Clermont,
all according to the Official Map of the City
of Clermont duly filed of record in Plat Book
8, pages 17 to 23 inclusive public records of
Lake County, Florida.
will be heard at that time.

Ordinance of the City of Clermont, the same being Ordinance No.
48. and have heard all those presênt:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Clermont are of the
unanimous opinion that such amendment to said Zoning Ordinance

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O~
CLERMONT:

Section 1. That the following described property situate lying
and being in the City of Clermont. Florida. and shown on the
Zoning map of the City of Clermont to be located in an R-2
Multiple Family' District be re-zoned, re-districted and placed
in the C-l Commercial District. to-wit:
All of Block 121, City of Clermont, according
to the Official Map of the City of Clermont
duly filed of record in Plat Book 8. pages
17 to 23, inclusive. public records of Lake
County. Florida.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
