O-49-89 r .' . . ,!i ORDIN^NCE NO. 89 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AMOUNT OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES ON RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT BUSINESS BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That all occupation licenses for resident and non- resident business sh211 be equal. SECTION II. That if a greator license has been collected from a non-resident business since 1 October 1948 that the additional like amount collected over the usual license for a/resident business shall be refunded to the licensee, or the City Clerk of the City of Clermont may give the licensee credit to be applied on the occupational license applied for by the same licensee on 1 Oct- ober 1949. In either case the non-resident licensee shall be notified in writing by the City Clerk and the licensee shall have the right to an immediate refund or credit for the next license as herein provided. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - PASSED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CLERMONT at its Regular Meeting held 5 July 1949.
