AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 26-11 (c) (4), ALLOWING DRY CLEANING
ESTABLISHMENTS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.
SEC. 26-11 (c) (4) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Clermont, is hereby amended to
include
Dry Cleaning Establishments Using Non-Flammable
Solvents.
SECTION II. The Council of this city find it necessary to
declare the passage of this Ordinance to be an emergency measure
and, therefore, same shal~ become effective immediately upon
its passage.
