E TO THE PLAT OF LAKE HIGHLANDS COMPANY, RECORDED ma w w IN PLAT BOOK 3, PGS. 24, 32, AND 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF z o o z -J Q LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PUBLICATION,AND FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and enacted by the City of Clermont, Florida that: Section 1. That any and all portions of right-of-way lying north of Lots 34, 35, and 36; 30 foot nght- of-way north and east of Lot 5; 30 foot right-of-way lying between Lots 28 and 29, Lots 36 and 37, Lots 44 and 45 and Lot 53A; 15 foot right-of-way east of Lots 1, 16, and 17B; 30 foot right-of-way north of Lot 40; and located in Sections 9, 10, 15, and 16, Lake Highlands Company Plat located within the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida as hereinafter described and shown in Attachment "A" is hereby closed and permanently abandoned. Section 2. The closing is done pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida and the general laws of the State of Florida. Section 3. If any portion of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the invalidated portion shall be severed from the remainder of the Ordinance, and the remainder of the Ordinance shall continue in full force and effect as if enacted without the invalidated portion, except in cases where such continued validity of the remainder would clearly and without doubt contradict or frustrate the intent of the Ordinance as a whole. 1 CITY OF CLERMONT ORDINANCE No. 2013-16 Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 5.
