AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, SECTION 8-7 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR A REDUCTION OF AMOUNT
OF BOND REQUIRED IN SAID SECTION: CONFIRMING TÿE UNMODIFIED PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 8-7 OF SAID CHAPTER 8 OF CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CLERMONT,
FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
SECTION 1. Vhapter 8, Section 8-7 of the Code of Ordinances of
Clermont, ~'lorida, is hereby modified and hereby provides for a $1,000.00
bond instead of the $5,000.00 bond as required therein.
SECTION 2. All provisions of Section 8 - 7 of Chapter 8 of the code of
Ordinances, City of Clermont, Florida, except as herein modified are
hereby confirmed in all other respects.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 1964.
