ORDINANCE NO. 16-C
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE,
1965 REVISION, BY THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The Southern Standard Building Code, 1965 Revision, as
compiled by the southern Building Code Congress, shall be,
and hereby is, adopted in its entirety by the City of Clermont,
Florida, and said Code, by reference thereto, shall be, and
hereby is, made a part of the Building Code of the City of
Clermont, Florida.
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon be-
coming a law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 6th day of July, 1965.
