2013-68 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTANT SERVICES
This Amendment is to that certain agreement of March 12, 2013 (the Agreement)
between the City of Clermont, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Florida, (hereinafter
referred to as the "CITY") and The Corbin Group, Inc. whose address is 4429 Antietam Creek
Trail, Suite 100, Leesburg, FL 34748 (hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT"). The
parties, in exchange for the mutual covenants contained herein and in the Agreement, agree as
follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement and in the event of a
conflict,the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES/COMPENSATION SCHEDULE: The scope of
services and compensation schedule is amended to include Phase 4 as described below:
Phase 4: Branding Consultant and Master Planning Consultant - The
Corbin Group will serve as the lead consultant to CITY making recommendations and
providing support for the client management of the Branding Consultant and Master Planning
Consultant deliverables. This will be accomplished by creating structures for delivering upon
the community's priorities. Consultant will provide recommendations and support directly to
the CITY throughout the process. The Strategic Planning Addendum will include oversight in
the creation of Clermont's brand,master plan and vision statement. Payment$26, 500.00.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement this as
of the dates set forth below.
