AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE, PART III
PLUMBING, REVISION TO THE 1962-63 EDITION, BY THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY FLORIDA
BE IT ORDAINED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY FLORIDA:
The Southern Standard Building Code, Part III, Plumbing, 1966
revision to the 1962-63 edition, as compiled by the Southern Building
Code Congress, shall be, and hereby is, adopted in its entirety by the
City of Clermont, Florida, and said code, by reference thereto, shall
be, and hereby is, made a part of the building code of the City of
Clermont.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON BECOMING
A LAW.
