ORDINANCE NO. 30-C
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE METHOD OF APPOINTING THE CONTROLLER
AND PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION OF THE CONTROLLER OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS that the City Council
may-Þy motion duly made, seconded, and carried, appoint a person
as Controller of the City of Clermont, Florida as provided in
Section 9, of Article II of the Charter of the City of Clermont,
Florida.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT FURTHER ORDAINS the compensation
to be paid said Controller shall be a reasonable amount according
to the regular pay schedule.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME 'EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON BECOMING
