AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA. PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO.
25-C BY DELETING THEREFROM SECTION #3 AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR THE
PROVISION THAT THE SECOND MUNICIPAL JUDGE SHALL BE COMPENSATED AT
SUCH REASONABLE RATE AS DETERMINED BY THE COUNCIL BY RESOLUTION OR
MAJORITY VOTE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Ordinance No. 25-C of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clermont, Lake County, Florida be amended by deleting therefrom
Section No. 3 and substituting in its place the following:
1. 3. Said 2nd Municipal Judge shall be compensated at such
reasonable rate as may be established by the City Council by Resolution
or Majority Vote.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON
BECOMING A LAW.
