AN ORDInANCE, AMDENDING ORDINANCE NO. 55-C BY PROVIDING AN ADDTIONAL
EXCEPTION TO THE ADOPTION OF THE 1967 SOUTHERN STANDARD PLUMBING
CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA HEREBY
ORDAINS THAT:
Secti on 1:
Ordinance Number 55-C of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended by addin9 thereto as Section #2 the fo110win9:
Section 403.1 is modified to provide:
1. No gew installations of any bends of a de9ree
greater than. 45 degrees shall be allowed. In
hardship cases, however, where this becomes
impossible as determined by the Building Official,
a 90 degree bend may be allowed.
Section 2:
CLERMONT,
This ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become
law and shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as
provided by law.
