ORDINANCE NO. 62-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT ADOPTING THE
CURRENT CODES AS FOLLOWS: SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE; SOUTHERN STANDARD
PLUMBING CODE; NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE; SOUTHERN STANDARD GAS CODE; FLORIDA
UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL LAW.
THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1: The latest versions of the following codes, including their latest
revisions are hereby adopted as codes governing the City of Clermont, Florida,
to-wit:
(a) Southern Standard Building Code,
(b) Southern Standard Plumbing Code,
(c) .'Nationai1 Electrical Code,
(d) Southern Standard Gas Code,
(e) Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law,
(Fla. Legislative Session Law: 71-135)
Section 2:
If any article, section, clause or provision of this Ordinance be
deemed or held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction for any reason or
cause, the same shall not affect or invalidate the whole of this Ordinance, nor
any part thereof, other than that particular provision deemed or held invalid.
Section 3:
All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict herewith are herby
repealed.
Section 4:
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and
shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First reading this 11th day of January, 1972.

COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS 25th DAY OF JANUARY, 1972.
