AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 126 BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF BLOCKS 5 and 8 IN WOODLAWN SUBDIVISION
FROM R-2 TO R-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1:
Ordinance No. 126 under the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clermont,
Florida, be and the same hereby is amended by re-zoning Blocks 5 and 8 in Woodlawn
Subdivision from R-2 to R-3 classification, and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the zoning map of the City of Clermont,
Florida, which is part and parcel of the Zoning Ordinance referred to herein shall be
likewise modified to reflect the amendments as set forth herein.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and
shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First reading this 14th day of March, 1972
