AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 14, BLOCK 18, AND LOTS 14 THROUGH
20 OF BLOCK 7, FROM THE PRESENT C-l TO C-2 CLASSIFICATION; ALSO, CHANGING THE
ZONING OF LOTS 1,2 AND 3 IN LETTERED BLOCK A, AND LOTS 1,2 AND 3 IN LETTERED
BLOCK B, AND ALL THAT LAKE SHORE PORTION LYING WEST OF LOTS 1,2 AND 3 in BLOCK
A, FROM THE PRESENT R-l to R-3A, ALL ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1.
That the zoning of Lots 1 through 14, Block 18, and Lots 14 through
20 of Block 7, be and the same are hereby changed from the present C-l to C-2
classification; also, the zoning of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in lettered Block A, and
Lots 1, 2 and 3, in lettered Block B, and all that Lake Shore portion lying West
of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block A, be and the same are hereby changed from the present
R-l to R-3A classification, all according to the Official Map of the City of
Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 through 23 inclusive, Public Records
of Lake County, Florida. -
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the zoning map of the City of Clermont,
Florida, which is a part and parcel of the Zoning Ordinance referred to herein
shall be likewise modified to reflect the amendments as set forth herein.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and
shall take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First reading this 9th day of May, 1972
Second reading this 23rd day of May, 1972
