ORDINANCE NO. 73-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF BLOCK 17 IN HILLSIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ALL
ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES
17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM THE PRESENT
R-1 ZONING TO R-3A ZONING.
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1.
That the zoning of Block 17 in Hillside Terrace Subdivision be and the
same is hereby changed from the present R~1 to R-3A classification, all according
to the Official Map of the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17 through
23 inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the zoning map of the City of Clermont,
Florida, which is a part and parcel of the ~ftingfOeaœnŒÐDè,eéfertèd,tphnehein sha11
be likewise modified to reflect the amendments as set forth herein.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and shall
take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First reading this 13th day of June, 1972.
Second reading this 27th day of June, 1972.
PASSED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS 27th DAY OF JUNE, 1972.
