AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF ALL OF BLOCK 19 AND LOTS 3, 4, AND 5 IN BLOCK 20
AND ALL LAND LYING BETWEEN THESE LOTS AND CRYSTAL LAKE, ALL ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL
MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 THROUGH 23 INCLUSIVE,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM THE PRESENT R-1 ZONING TO R-3A
ZONING. .
THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1.
That the zonin9 of Block 19 and Lots 3, 4 and 5 in Block 20 and all
land lying between these lots and Crystal Lake, be and the same are hereby changed
from the present R-1 to R-3A classification, all according to the Official Map of
the City of Clermont, recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 17 through 23 inclusive,
Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the zoning map of the City of Clermont,
Florida, which is a part and parcel of the Zoning Ordinance referred to herein shall
be likewise modified to reflect the amendments as set forth herein.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall become law and shall
take effect immediately upon its being posted as provided by law.
First readin9 this 13th day of June, 1972.
Second reading this 27th day of June, 1972.

COUNTY, FLORIDA, THIS 27TH DAY OF JUNÊ, 1972.
