AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CHANGING CERTAIN PARTS AS DESCRIBED HEREIN
FROM R-1A TO R-3A AND CERTAIN OTHER PORTIONS THEREOF FROM R-1A TO
C-2 ZONING
THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
Section 1. /2/1) µ Kjjl-
Begin at a point on the south line of Section 30,
T22S, R26E 205.88 feet east of the intersection of
the east right-of-way line of Lake Shore Drive and
thesouth line of Section 30, T22S, R26E and run in a
northwesterly direction a distance of 200 feet per-
pendicular to the east right-of-way line of Lake Shore
Drive, to a point 124.32 feet beyond the NE corner of
Lot 2, Minnehaha Shores as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 29, Pu"blic Records of Lake County, Florida;" thence
east on a line to a point 600 feet west of the inter-
section of said line with the west right-of-way line
of U.S. Highway 27; thence south a distance of 500 feet;
thence in a southeasterly direction to a point on the
south line of Section 30, T22S, R26E, 400 feet west of
the SE corner of Section 30, T22S, R26E; thence west
along the south line of Section 30, T22S, R26E to the
point of beginning, and
THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ORDAINS THAT the following described property be and the same
hereby is changed from R-1A zoning to C-2 zoning, to-wit:
Begin at the SW corner of Section 29, T22S, R26E
and run thence east along the south line of Section 29,
T22S, R26E to the west right-of-way line of U.S.Highway
27; thence in a northwesterly direction along the west
right-of-way line of U.S.Highwa~ 27 to a point on said
right-of-way line 266.6 feet past the intersection of
said right-of-way line with the west line of Section 29,
T22S, R26E; thence west a distance of 600 feet; thence
south a distance of 500 feet; thence in a southeasterly
direction to a point on the south line of Section 30,
T22S, R26E 400 feet west of the SE corner of Section 30,
T22S, R26E; tbence east along the south line of Section
30, T22S, R26E, to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the zoning map of the City of Clermont,
Florida, be so amended and altered to reflect the above.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect immediately upon its being
posted as provided by law.
First reading this 22nd day of August, 1972.
Second reading this 12th day of September, 1972.
