AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SUBSECTION (F) OF SECTION 26-24 AND SUBSECTION (F) OF SECTION 26-25 OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, BY PERMITTING, AS A
CONDITIONAL USE, THE EXISTENCE OF LIVING QUARTERS AS INTEGRAL PART OF A BUSINESS
STRUCTURE IN C1 AND C2 ZONING DISTRICTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1:
Subsection (F) of Section 26-24, is hereby amended by adding the
following as item (8) under the specified conditional use which may be permitted in
a C1 Neighborhood Commercial District:
(8) Living quarters sufficient to support the operation of
a business on the premises¡ such living unit shall be an
integral part of the princlpa1 business structure and
secondary to the business operation.
SECTION 2:
Subsection (F) of Section 26-25, is hereby amended by adding the follow-
ing as item (4) under the specified conditional uses which may be permitted in a
C2 General Commercial District:
(4) Living quarters sufficient to support the operation of
a business on the premises' such living unit shall be an
integral part of the principal business structure and
secondary to the business operation.
SECTION 3:

All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby

This Ordinance shall be posted as provided by law and it shall become
law and shall take effect immediately upon being posted as provided by law.
