ORDINANCE NO. 88-C
'-AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, AMENDING SAID CODE OF ORDINANCES
TO CHANGE CERTAIN PARTS AS DESCRIBED THEREIN FROM R1A
ZONING DISTRICT TO M1 ZONING DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY:
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
The following described property be and the same hereby is changed from
R1A Zoning to Ml Zoning to-wit:
Tract 40A, Less the North 125 feet of the West 150
feet thereof. ALSO: From the intersection of the West
Line of Sec. 29, Twp. 22 South, Rge. 26 East and
the Easterly right-of-way of State Road No. 27, run
thence North 356.14' to Point of Beginning; run thence
N 75 deg. 47' 30" E to the Easterly line of Tract 40 B;
Begin again at the P. O. B. and run thence North to a
point West of the NW corner of Tract 40 B; thence Easterly
to the NE corner of Tract 40 B; thence Southeasterly
along the Easterly line of Tract 40 B to intersect the
line running N 75 deg 47' 30" E from P. O. B.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance is made pursuant to the authority of the Charter of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, the General Laws of the State of Florida,
and Special Acts of the Legislature of the State of Florida.
SECTION 3.
'All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4.
Should any Section or part of a Section of this Ordinance be declared
invalid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall not apply
or affect any other provisions of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire
Section or part of the Section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the
Section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall be posted as provided by law and shall become law and
shall take effect at 12:01 A.M. on the 27th day of April, A. D. 1973.
First Reading this 13th day of March, A. D. 1973
Second Reading this 27th day of March, A. D. 1973.
