ORDINANCE No. 101-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, REFERRED TO
IN SECTION 26-1 OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
REZONING LOTS 1 THROUGH 16, BLOCK 84, AND BLOCK 89 A
FROM C-l ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO C-2 ZONING CLASSIFICATION:
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
The Official Zonin9 Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida,
is hereby amended by rezonin9 the following described property from a C-l zoning
classification to a C-2 zoning classification:
Lots 1-16, Block 84, and Block 89 A, according to the Official Map
of the City of Clermont, Recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 17-23
inclusive, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
SECTI ON 2
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by any court
of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any
other provisions of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section
or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section
to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law
and shall take effect 30 days from the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage.
