AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT. LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AMENDING SECTION 25-l7(a)(2)(i)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROMULGATING A MINIMUM BASIC MONTHLY
SEWER SERVICE RATE FOR SCHOOLS, KINDERGARTENS. AND DAY NURSERIES;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a)(2)(i) of Section 25-17 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Clermont, Lake County. Florida is hereby amended to read as follows:
(i) Schools. Kindergartens. Day Nurseries...............$5.00
for each pupi lover 50.............................. .10
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 Should any section or part of a section of this Ordinance be declared
invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction. such adjudications shall not apply
or affect any other provisions of this Ordinance. except to the extent that the
entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect
from the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect 30 days from the date of its Second Reading and
Final Passage.
First Reading this 25th day of June. A. D. 1974.
Second Reading this 9th day of July. A. D. 1974.
