AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-SECTION
(F) OF SECTION 26-19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; DELETING
PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND ADDING CLUSTER DEVELOPMENTS AS CONDI-
TIONAL USES IN R1AA, RESIDENTIAL ESTATES ZONING DISTRICTS:
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
Subsection (2) of Subsection (F) of Section 26-19 of the Code of
Ordinances ~f. the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
(2) Private Schools
SECTION 2.
There is hereby added to Sub-section (F) of Section 26-19 of the
Code of Ordinances, a new sub-section to be numbered sub-section (7), to read
as follows:
(7) Cluster development.
SECTION 3.
All Ordinances or parts of Orðinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect
any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire
section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 5,.,
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall
become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading
and Final Passage.
