ORDINANCE NO. l12-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-SECTION
(D) OF SECTION 26-20 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES;
PROHIBITING THOSE SIGNS IN AN R1A, URBAN RESIDENTIAL
ZONING DISTRICT, THAT ARE ALSO PROHIBITED IN A R1AA,
RESIDENTIAL ESTATES ZONING DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERA-
BILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
There is hereby added to Sub-section (D) of Section 26-20 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, a new sub-section,
numbered sub-section (D) (2), to read as follows:
(2) The following signs are prohibited:
(a) Those signs prohibited in the R1AA Residential Estates
Zoning District.
SECTION 2.

All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
. repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect
any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire
section or part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall
become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading
and Final Passage.
First Reading on this 27th day of August, A. D. 1974.
Second Reading on this 8th day of October, A. D. 1974.
