AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-SECTION (1)
OF SUB-SECTION (A) OF SECTION 26-50 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES: ESTABLISHING CERTAIN STANDARDS FOR SITE PLAN
REQUIREMENTS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH:
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY: PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.

Subsection (A) (1) of Section 26-50 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(A) Where site plans are called for, the following shall be furnished:
(1) The plot plan shall be drawn to scale on a 24" x 36" sheet.
Copies shall be furnished ih.qu.antity as determined by the building
official.
SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any
other pravision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or
part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to
which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall become
law and take effect thjfty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading and Final
Passage.
First Reading on this 27th day of August, A. D. 1974.
Second Reading on this 8th day of October, A. D. 1974.
