AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCESOF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTIONS 26-47,
26-62 AND 26-63 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; REPEALING
AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATION REQUIREMENTS; REPEALING PROVISION
FOR GROUP PROJECTS AND CLUSTER DEVELOPMENTS: REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY:
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.

Section 26-47 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clermont, Lake
County, Florida. relating to automobile service sation requirements, is hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION 2.
Section 26-62 of the Code of Ordinances, relating to group projects, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
Section 26-63 of the Code of Ordinances, relating to cluster developments,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 5.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any
other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section or
part of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to
which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 6.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law, and it shall
become law and take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its Second Reading and
Final Passage.
First Reading on this 27th day of August, A. D. 1974.
Second Reading on this 8th day of October, A. D. 1974.
