Re: Renovation of the Historic Cooper Library Proposal
Dear Mr. Saunders
MARBEK Construction Co. is please to offer the following proposal for the renovation
of the Historic Cooper Library in accordance with the plans prepared by Gatorsktch
Architects dated 10/06/09.
The scope of the proposal includes all labor, materials, supervision and incidentals
required to complete the project to include removal of the visibly damaged joists and
beams under the existing building,removal and replacement of the existing wood siding
and roofing and replacement with identically profiled new siding and a wood shake roof,
new stairs and landings at the East and North elevations as detailed, doors, windows and
hardware, repair to existing plastering and new plastering at infill partitions, complete
new finish painting of interior and exterior as scheduled.
The scope of this proposal also includes new Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Sprinkler
Systems as indicated inclusive of Sprinkler Design and Engineering.
MARBEK Construction Co. is pleased to offer this scope of work for the sum of:
$ 200,000.00 Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
