GWP is requesting a change order in the amount of$750 00 for the subject referenced above.
During the preparation/discussion for installing the different items for the 2"conduit, GWP did not
include additional cost for drafting the conduit onto the force main As-builts.Therefore, GWP is
requesting this amount be added to the final payment for work already performed.
