2015-19 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into as of this 2_Sl-h day of March 2015 and is to
that certain Agreement dated June 4, 2014, hereinafter "the Agreement", by and between the
CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida whose address is: 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"CITY" and CLAWGES INDUSTRIES, INC. d/b/a 1 STOP POOL PROS, 404 East Division
Street, Clermont, FL 34711 hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR." The parties, in
exchange for the mutual covenants contained herein and in the Agreement, agree as follows:
1. This Amendment expressly modifies the Agreement number 2014-45 and
in the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail.
2. The Scope of Services and Compensation Schedule referred to and
incorporated into the Agreement is hereby amended to include additional services to maintain the
Waterfront Splash Park pad as more particularly described in Attachment "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein.
3. All other terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect and unchanged as agreed to by the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of the dates set
forth below.

RE:Addendum to current swimming pool maintenance contract:
Whereas the City of Clermont and Clawges industries, DBA, "1 stop pool pros 7", both parties
to the original agreement, would like and have the authority to add additional services to
maintain the Water Front Park Splash pad as of March, 9 2015. The original agreement is
hereby modified to include, Original swimming pool agreement and Water Front Park Splash
Pad Maintenance. See scope below:
Water Front Splash Pad:
$450.00 per month year round
Three times weekly service
Chemicals included
