Confirmation of Revision to Exhibit B—Scope of Work
Dear Sir:
As you should be aware, the City of Clermont Police Chief Charles Broadway, has approved and
returned to ATS' representative, Orlando Torres, revised Business Requirements that include an
additional review of alleged violations by the City's Traffic Enforcement Officer, prior to the
issuance of a Uniform Traffic Citation. As a result, consistent therewith, to ensure that the
process as directed by the City is implemented as agreed by the City and ATS, it is requested
that you confirm that ATS will revise the current process and scope of work as outlined in
Exhibit-Bmto.the_agreement to reflect-this-change: More specifically, it is requested that you
confirm that Section 2.3.3 of Exhibit B shall be immediately implemented as set forth below.
If an owner who receives a Notice of Violation fails to pay the
statutory penalty or submit an affidavit that complies with all
requirements provided in Section 316.0083( 1)( d) of the Florida
Statutes within the time period provided in Section 316.0083( 1)(
b) of the Florida Statutes, the issuance of a Uniform Traffic Citation
will occur based on the prior Traffic Infraction Enforcement Officer
approval of the Notice of Violation and only after a second review
by the Traffic Infraction Enforcement Officer.
