ORDINANCE No. 2015-52
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT REFERRED TO IN
CHAPTER 122 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289-C, CODE OF ORDINANCES;
REZONING THE REAL PROPERTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN AS SHOWN
BELOW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, EFFECTIVE DATE, AND
PUBLICATION.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Flonda hereby ordains that:
SECTION 1:
The official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont,Lake County,Florida referred to in Chapter 122 of
Ordinance No.289-C,Code of Ordinances,is hereby amended by rezoning the following descnbed
property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lake Highland,26-22-26 from northeast corner of northwest 1/4 run south 0-43-09 west 657.36 feet
to a point of intersection with the easterly extension of north line of Tract 12,north 89-05-29 west
50 feet to west right-of-way line of CR 455,south 0-43-09 west along right-of-way line 457.17 feet
to north right-of-way line of SR 50,north 88-53-40 west along said north nght-of-way line 175.42

SECTION 3:
Should any Section or part of this Section be declared invalid by any court of competent junsdiction,
such adjudications shall not apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the
extent that the entire Section or part of the Section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from
the Section to which such holding shall apply.
SECTION 4:
The provisions of this Ordinance shall be effective as provided by law.
