Currently under construction,the East Water Reclamation FacilityExpansonprojectincludesconstructionofprocessestoupgradethetreatmentcapacityfromtwomilliongallonsperdaytofourmillongallonsperday.Other improvements in the project includetheadditionofreclaimedwaterstorageanddistributionpipingtodeliverreclaimedwatertoexistingcustomers.This project,whichbeganin2007,is anticipated to cost $19.9 million and is projectedtobecompletedbyFebruary2009.It is the largest capital projectundertakenbytheCitytodate.
