This contract is for providing NFPA#25,quarterly and annual inspections,which meet the minimum state
and local requirements for the fire spnnkler system in the new City Hall
The inspection will consist of three areas inspection,test and matntenanx performed quarterly in June.
September,December 2004 and March 2005
Inspections will consist of annual visual inspection of fire spnriJcr heads
2 Tests will consist of quarterly testing of the waterflow alarm by flowing of water through the inspector's
test,main drain tests,and control valves supervisory tests and annual backflow test
3 Maintenance will consist of operation and service on control valves
The inspection fee does not include repairing any deficiencies found.certification of the fire alarm system,
and portable fire extinguishers.
