CODE ORDINANCES
ORDINANCE NO. 181-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT,
LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
RELATING TO PLUMBING; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 17, Plumbing, of the Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law
and shall take effect 30 days from the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage.
