CODE ORDINANCES
ORDINANCE NO. l85-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REPEALING
CHAPTER 22 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO
TAXICABS AND VEHICLES FOR HIRE; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Clermont, Lake County, Florida,
hereby ordains that;
S¡¡fTION I.
Chapter 22, Taxicabs and Vehicles for Hire, of the Code of
Ordinances is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and shall take effect 30 days from the date of its Second Reading
and Final Passage.
First Reading this 25th day of July, 1978.
Second Reading this 22nd day of August, 1978.
