1940-01 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA. ORLANDO DIVISION. #223-Orl-Civil. AMERICAN UNITED LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. SATISFACTION CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA, OF JUDGMENT. Defendant. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the American United Life Insurance Company, a corporation, under the laws of the State of Indiana, with its principal place of business in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, is the owner and holder of a certain judgment entered by the United States District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida, against the City of Clermont, State of Florida. That said Judgment was entered in Cause No. 223 of the Orlando Division of the Southern District of Florida in a cause wherein the American United Life Insurance Company, a corporation, was plaintiff and the City of Clermont, State of Florida, was defendant. That said judgment was entered on the 19th day of May, 1938 in the amount of $12,337.00 plus interest thereon at -the -rate-of- 5% per annum, together with costs taxes at $25.90. That the American United Life Insurance Company, a corporation, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satis- faction of said judgment and hereby directs the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida to satisfy said Judgment of Record. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the American United Life Insurance Company, a corporation, affixes its seal and subscribes its name by its Managing Director hereunto duly authorized, this 13th day of August, A.
