RELEASE OF JUDGMENT
The Final Judgment entered and docketed herein on

May 19, 1938 in favor of the American United Life Insurance
Company, a corporation, the plaintiff, and against the City
of Clermont, Florida, defendant, for the sum of 412,337.00,
and costs at 425.90, plus interest at 5% per annum, is hereby
acknowledged to have been paid and satisfidl in full, same
being recorded in Judgment and Record Book 1, page 137, United
States District Court Records, Orlando Division, Orlando,
Florida, together with Default Judgment entered and docketed
on May 3, 1938 and recorded in Minute Book 2, page 477, United
States District Court Records, Orlando Division, Orlando,
Florida, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to favor said
Final Judgment and Default Judgment of record.
