Re: Amendment to January 30,2013 Engagement letter to serve
as Legal Counsel to City of Clermont
Dear Mr. Gray:
On behalf of our Firm and me, we sincerely appreciate our relationship with the City
Council, the City Manager and the City Staff as City Attorney. The following is provided to
confirm the addition of services to be provided by Attorney Lindsay Oyewale of our Firm for
legal services for labor matters related to the City's collective bargaining unit agreements and
the negotiation and drafting of new agreements.
In addition to the fee agreement set forth in the January 30,2013 Engagement, effective
August 1, 2015, the City shall pay $165 per hour on an as needed and as billed basis for the
service rendered by Lindsay Oyewale to provide legal counsel with regard to labor matters
related to collective bargaining negotiations and agreements.
All other terms of the January 30, 2013 Engagement letter with our Firm shall remain
unchanged This amendment to the letter of engagement shall not be binding and of no effect
until it has been executed by the authorized representative of the City and by Daniel F.
Mantzaris,individually and on behalf of the Firm
