NO. 277-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE #199-C CHANGING THE REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
The City Council of the City of Clermont, hereby amends Ordinance #199-C as
follows:
SECTION 1. Regular Meetin~s.
Section 4 of Ordinance 199-C shall be changed to read as follows:
SECTION 4. Regular meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall

be held in the Council Chambers at 7:00 P.M. on the first Tuesday of each month. A
regular meeting may be canceled or rescheduled by the Commission.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any Court of
competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall not apply to or affect any other section
or provision of this Ordinance except to the extent that the entire section or part of a
section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such
holding shall apply.

SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and shall become law and
shall take effect on the date of its Second Reading and Final Passage.
First Reading this 9th day of March, 1993.
Second Reading this 13th day of April, 1993.
