CODE ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 263-C
AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE CITY OF CLERMONT ZONING
ORDINANCE 245-C, APPENDIX "A", AS AMENDED, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREIN, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION,
The City Council of the City of Clermont hereby ordains that
the following addition be incorporated into Appendix "A" of
Ordinance 245-C the City of Clermont Zoning Ordinance, as
amended:
SECTION 1.
ARTICLE XVIII. SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS
R-3-A RESIDENTIAL/PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT
ADD:
CONDITIONAL USES
11. NURSERY SCHOOL, KINDERGARTENS OR CHILD CARE CENTERS,
provided the outdoor area is enclosed by a fence at least
four (4) feet in height and all state requirements are
met.
SECTION 2.
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by
any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not
apply to or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except
to the extent that the entire section or part of the section may
be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such
holding shall apply.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by
