AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE C-2 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT ON THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, FLORIDA REFERRED TO IN SECTION
26-1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 208-C, APPENDIX "A" OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. -
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, Lake County,
Florida is hereby clarified by describing the C-2 Central Business
District as follows:
City Blocks 90, 91, 92, 80, 81 and 82
City Block 75-Lots 1, 2, 3 , 7, 8, 9 , 10, 11, 12 and 13.
City Block 76
City Block 77- Lots 2, 4, 6 , 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20.
City Block 79- Lots 14, 16, 18, and 20
City Block 93- Lots 2, 4 , 6 and 8
SECTION 2.
The property located in Section one above shall be the only
properties known as the Central Business District on the Official
Zoning Map of the City of Clermont, and is the same Central Business
District area referred to in Article XIX.
SECTION 3.
All Ordinances or parts of this ordinance in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
(
Should any section or part of this section be declared invalid by
any court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply
or affect any other provision of this Ordinance, except to the extent
that the entire section or part of the section may be inseparable in
meaning and effect from the section to which such holding shall apply.

SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall
become law and take effect immediately upon its Second Reading and
Final Passage.
