2016-72 TRANSFER OF ROAD JURISDICTION
In accordance with Section 3(d) of the Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement between Lake
County, Florida and the City of Clermont, executed February 10, 2015, the parties hereby agree
that the maintenance and jurisdiction of the following roads have been transferred to the City of
Clermont as of the effective date set forth herein:
Subdivision: Terrace Groves
Street Names: Caju Road, Laranja Street, and Pitanga Street
Effective Date: April 12,2016 (City Ordinance No. 2016-09)
