GENERAL RELEASE
FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF FIFTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND
SIXTEEN. DOLLARS ($56,116.00), to paid by REGATTA DOCK SYSTEMS, LLC
($6,750.00) AND CONNECT-A-DOCK, INC.. ($49,366), the sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the CITY OF CLERMONT, whose address is 685, W. Montrose
St., Florida, on behalf of itself,'its heirs, agents, attorneys and assigns, does hereby
release and forever•discharge REGATTA DOCK SYSTEMS, LLC and. CONNECT-A-
DOCK, INC, its heirs, employees, officials, administrators, agents and assigns, and all
other persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, none of
whom admit any liability to the CITY OF CLERMONT, but all expressly deny ,any
liability, from any and all claims,-demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of
any kind or nature whatsoever, including any and all claims for attorney fees and court
costs, and particularly, but not limited to, on account of any and all claims that it may
have against the REGATTA DOCK SYSTEMS, LLC. AND CONNECT-A-DOCK, INC..
and which have accrued to this date from the beginning of time and which may accrue
in the future including, but not limited to, any and all claims related to or arising out of
- the dock systems manufactured by CONNECT-A-DOCK, INC. and installed by
REGATTA DOCK SYSTEMS, LLC pursuant to the contract 'dated September 9, 2014,
between REGATTA DOCK SYSTEMS, LLC the CITY OF CLERMONT.
It is expressly understood, agreed and acknowledged that this agreement and release
have been entered into not as an admission of liability, but as a means to resolve a
disputed claim among the parties.

The undersigned hereby_declare that they have had,the opportunity to consult with an
attorney prior to executed this release and that the :terms of this release have been
completely read and are fully understood and voluntarily accepted for the purpose of
making a full and final compromise adjustment and settlement of any and all claims,
disputed or otherwise, on account of the injuries and damages above mentioned, and
for the. express purpose of precluding forever any further or additional claims arising
out of the aforesaid matter.
