ORDINANCE NO. 116-M
AN ORDINANCE OF .THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, 'ADOFTING THE SANITATION SERVICE BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79;
AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED
THEREIN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
It is hereby found and determined by the City Council
Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are

SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply of affect any other
provision of this Ordinance except to the extent that the entire section or part
of the section may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which
such holding shall apply.
