ORDINANCE NO. 113-M
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT, LAKE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE UTILITIES FUND BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF CLERMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79;
AUTHORIZING RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS CONTAINED HERE-
WITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLERMONT HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:
SECTION 1.
It is hereby found and determined by the City Council of the City of Clermont,
Lake County, Florida, that the following sums of money are required for the water
and sewer operations of the government of said City for the fiscal year of October
1, 1978 to September 30, 1979:

SECTION 2.
All Ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
SECTION 3.
Should any section or part of a section be declared invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such adjudications shall not apply or affect any other pro-
vision of this Ordinance, except to the extent that the entire section of part of
thesection may be inseparable in meaning and effect from the section to which such
holding shall apply.

SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and it shall become law and
take effect immediately.
